Public:

I get home and half the student body flies to France.  Go figure.  I don't mind that they're gone though.  I would actually prefer that some of them stay there.  

Billy and I went on a mini-vacation because A. it was long overdue, B. the doctor said that it would help Billy's recover, and C. because Billy thought it would speed up my recovery.  In reality, we just went to visit my sister.  She seemed pleasantly surprised, but I bet we interrupted her college fun for a little while.  

As much as I hate to say it, leaving everything just going was nice.  It did feel better, but I highly doubt I'll be going anywhere anytime soon or doing something like that again.

Selective: Wolves:

How much drama did I miss while I was gone?  Surely, at least three episodes of our soap opera have happened in my absence. 

Selective: Embry & Quil:  

I miss you.  Let's do that guy thing that we were plotting before I left.  It's been far too long.

Private:

SHE'S MARRYING HIM?  HOW COULD SHE DO THAT?  WHAT ABOUT HER LIFE?  WHAT ABOUT EVERYTHING SHE'LL MISS? 

... what about me?

I'm never leaving again.  I missed far too much.
